Greatest Tricks

Released on December 20, 2021, Greatest Tricks arrived just in time to celebrate 25 years of Quarashi and for fans, it was the perfect excuse to take another trip through one hell of a catalogue. This 24-track compilation spans the entire Quarashi story, from the raw beginnings of the Switchstance EP all the way through the band's international years and the 2016 reunion single “Chicago.” It brings together the band's biggest hits, essential tracks and fan favourites, making it a brilliant snapshot of the music that has kept Quarashi fans coming back for more. But Greatest Tricks was special for another reason: it marked the first official Quarashi vinyl release. And naturally, they didn't do things by halves. The collection was released across cassette, CD and an impressive box set, giving collectors plenty to obsess over. For longtime fans, there's something undeniably satisfying about seeing 25 years of Quarashi history gathered together in one place from the scrappy Icelandic beginnings to JINX, the international years and beyond. Twenty-five years. Twenty-four tracks. One hell of a legacy. Greatest Tricks isn't just a collection of songs. It's a reminder that somehow, after all these years, Quarashi still sounds like Quarashi.
