Guerilla Disco — 2004

The new lineup, 2004

After Höskuldur's departure following the Jinx sessions, Quarashi reinvented themselves. Egill 'Tiny' Thorarensen stepped in as vocalist, and the band's fifth studio album 'Guerilla Disco' proved the group could evolve without losing its identity.

Released on Skífan and Dennis Records, with a Sony Japan release, Guerilla Disco delivered a bold, reinvented sound rather than a retread of past successes. Tiny's vocals brought a fresh flavor to the dual-MC dynamic while keeping the band's confrontational energy fully intact.

Tracks like 'Stuntman' and 'Brave' showed a band still hungry, still experimental, and still capable of surprising everyone. Guerilla Disco stands as proof that Quarashi was never about one voice — it was about a sound.
